Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction. You can however return or exchange any unworn, unopened, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns made within 3 days of shipping date will be refunded to the original payment amount except shipping fees.

Wrong Address:
If a customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
For Defective Items:
Please keep in mind, we send high quality products with secured package and we check all the items before shipping them to our customers, if you damaged the products to get a refund and claim the defective from us, in this case, we never pay you any penny. You must send to us on the contact us page a photo for the item includes the defect of the product to approve the refund.
After Approved To Refund:
Refund For Defective Items:
Once we have approved the refund and you returned the defective item to us, and then we will send to you another item.
Refund For Unsatisfied Products:
After you returned the product to us, we will be refunded to the original payment amount, except shipping fees. Please keep in mind, you’ll need to pay any shipping cost, tax and duties before returning the item”s” to us.
Order Cancellation:
Once your order has changed from on hold to processing, we are unable to cancel it, please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled before shipping, a 5% cancellation transaction fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been already shipped.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
All returns/exchanges must contain the REN (Return Exchange Number). To obtain a REN please contact us.
If any merchandise is sent to us without a REN it will have to be kept and non refunded.
You will be responsible with paying for postage of your merchandise. If you request a exchange we will send you your merchandise back to you with extra postal charge.
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
