We’re improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 4-6 day delay in processing your orders. 

1. Received your order request

After received your order request and verified your payment, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order to ship.

2. Order processing time

We usually shipping the items in the next day, but sometimes, we kindly ask more time about 2-5 business days for the quality, stock control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.

Notes: In orders with more than one item, the processing time may be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Also please keep in mind your order may be delayed in the public holidays or week end.

3. Shipping time

The actual shipping time to destination states is based on the shipping method in your order.

A: Flat Rate and Standard shipping: 7 – 25 business days

B: Expedited Shipping: 6 – 15 business days

C: Priority Shipping: 4 – 14 business days

4. Shipping fee

About the shipping fee, it depending on how many items you will order, please refer to the shopping card update.

5. Delivered

We usually ship the items on the same day you created the order, once your payment was verified; but sometimes we need a few days to mange our stocks and processing your items specially for large orders.

Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time

Important Note:

We are not fully responsible for the customs clearance time of your country, which causes delays of the shipments. We give you a tracking number, when the order moved to your country you can contact your post office or the shipping facility, they will tell you about the shipping time and all information you need.

6- Order Cancellation:
