Blue is the number-one trending color for 2023!

TPS, who serves as the Style Editor for Fashion, offers her perspective on the season’s cold color palette. “In opposition to the excessively sweet Barbiecore pink trend, a brilliant cerulean blue is one of my absolute favorites. It gives off an air of sophistication, can be worn throughout the year, and coordinates well with the practically all-black clothing that I own. I have a really stylish blue collection in my possession.”

Blue, a finish that was once considered “tacky,” is making a comeback—and this time it’s even better. Whether it’s a blue patent purse or a pair of blue slingbacks, all it takes to give any ensemble a dramatic boost is the addition of a single blue item. When I wanted to make an impression, I used to grab for a bright orange purse or shoe, but these days I reach for a blue one instead. Blue has officially supplanted orange as the striking hue in my wardrobe.

The electric blue color was seen on the runways for the autumn 2022 season, but the spring 2023 season is when it will truly make a significant statement in the fashion world. In order to inject lively dashes of color into my ensembles, I’m going to be turning to the color of the ocean. I am able to state with complete certainty that there is a new bold It’s the newest hue in town, and it couldn’t seem any more modern. As was said before, hues like aqua, turquoise, and cerulean are rapidly gaining popularity. This is something that we have already taken notice of.
